SCOPE OF SERVICES
Thank you for giving us the chance to help you make a change in your family, your relationships and your life! Please note that through Bilek Family Coaching, LLC we provide coaching on personal, relational, and familial matters. We do not provide therapy or mental health counseling. If needed, we will refer you to the appropriate professionals for matters that fall outside our scope of services, including but not limited to:
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
In case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911, contact your medical provider, or go to the emergency room.
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
The fee for a session is $170, to be paid at the time of booking of the first session, and following each session thereafter, unless other agreements are made. A session lasts for 45-50 minutes. Sessions can be cancelled with no penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. After that, the full session fee will be charged. Our services are not reimbursable by health insurance.
USE OF TECHNOLOGY
Bilek Family Coaching, LLC has various video call platforms available to provide secure videoconferencing for clients not able to meet in person. If problems arise with the video platform during a session, the session will be continued via phone.
